SEO Page Analyzer

What It Does

The SEO Page Analyzer fetches any URL and performs a comprehensive audit across 6 categories: Meta Information, Content Quality, Page Structure, Link Structure, Images, and Server & Technical. Each check is scored and the results are combined into an overall A-F grade. The report highlights critical issues, warnings, and passed checks with actionable recommendations.

How to Use It

  1. Navigate to Analyzers → SEO Page Analyzer from the top menu.
  2. Enter any URL (e.g., https://example.com).
  3. Click Analyze or press Enter.
  4. View your overall SEO grade (A-F) and score out of 100.
  5. Review each category for pass/fail/warning checks.
  6. Use Copy Report or Download .txt to export.
  7. Toggle between Basic and Expert mode in the header to control detail level.

Basic vs Expert Mode

  • Basic mode shows ~15 critical checks with plain-English explanations. Perfect for beginners and non-technical users who need to know what to fix first.
  • Expert mode shows all ~45 checks including pixel-width calculations, stop word analysis, charset encoding, compression headers, and more. Designed for SEO professionals and developers.

Toggle between modes using the pill switch in the header. The report updates instantly without re-scanning.

What Gets Checked

  • Meta Information (~18 checks): Title tag (length + pixel width), meta description (length + pixel width), canonical URL, viewport, Open Graph (title, description, image), Twitter Card, robots, language, hreflang, charset, doctype, favicon, Apple Touch Icon.
  • Content Quality (~9 checks): Word count (250+ minimum), H1 content match, title keywords in content, paragraphs, stop word percentage, sentence length, bold/strong usage, lists, frames.
  • Page Structure (~5 checks): H1 count and content, H2 subheadings, heading hierarchy, duplicate heading texts, empty headings.
  • Link Structure (~5 checks): Internal links (minimum threshold), external links, empty anchor text, long link text, dynamic URL parameters.
  • Images (~3 checks): Alt text coverage, image dimensions (CLS), lazy loading.
  • Server & Technical (~10 checks): HTTPS, mixed content, redirects, response time, page size, HTTP status, HSTS, X-Powered-By, compression, structured data.

Scoring System

Each check is weighted by importance:

  • Critical (3x): Missing title, missing description, no H1, thin content, no HTTPS, missing alt text, very few internal links.
  • Important (2x): Title too long/short, description too long, H1 content mismatch, slow response, duplicate headings, robots restrictions.
  • Normal (1x): All other checks.

Pass = full points, Warning = half points, Fail = zero. Total maps to A (90+), B (75+), C (60+), D (40+), F (below 40).
